REGARDING HANDLING TIMES
I am a 1 person operation. I pack orders nightly and ship them out twice weekly, typically on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once your order is dropped off at the post office, any delays from there are unfortunately out of my control.
**During the months of January-April, orders ship slower due to university oblications, I apologise for the inconvenience.
REGARDING DOMESTIC (WITHIN CANADA) SHIPPING
Due to high domestic shipping costs, I ship using lettermail when I can. Lettermail typically takes longer than standard shipping depending on your location within Canada. "bulky" items that cannot fit into a paper envelope cannot be shipped via lettermail and therefore must be charged as standard parcels. Thank you for understanding.
REGARDING SHIPPING TIMES
Domestic (within Canada): 3-6 business days
USA: 2-3 weeks
International: 2-6 weeks
you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. If your order was shipped with stamps, you won't reveive a tracking number, but you will get a projected arrival window. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
REGARDING IMPORT FEES AND TAXES
Import fees and customs fees are not included in the shipping price or the item price and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are unfimiliar with how imports are handled in your country, please get in contact with your local post or customs office before placing an order to avoid surprises
